Cancellation & Appointment Policy Notification

To ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with our medical protocols, we require the following:

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Requirements

Patients receiving HRT injections must meet with our Nurse Practitioner every six months for an in-person or virtual (if appropriate) office visit to maintain prescriptions.
A follow-up lab draw and a follow-up visit with the Nurse Practitioner are required three months after starting HRT treatment.
Following that, an annual lab draw is required while on wellness treatment. Additional labs may be required at the Nurse Practitioner’s discretion.

Weight Loss Therapy Requirements

Patients receiving weight loss injections must complete a lab draw and an in-office visit with our Nurse Practitioner at the six-month mark and every six months thereafter to maintain prescriptions and optimize wellness goals.
Monthly body composition reports and nurse check-ins are mandatory.

Office Visit Appointment Policy

Any office visit appointment with the Nurse Practitioner that is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

If you anticipate being 10 or more minutes late, we encourage you to call and reschedule to avoid service disruptions.
Lost appointment time prevents us from delivering the high-quality care we take pride in providing.
