How long until I see results?
Three to six months, minimum, and anyone promising visible change in three weeks is selling you something. Hair operates on a delayed cycle: the follicle has to recover first, then grow, then that growth has to become long enough to see. That is why the protocol is built around 90 days as a starting point, not a finish line. Individual results vary.
Why would a hair supplement leave out biotin?
Because most people aren’t biotin-deficient, and the FDA has issued a safety communication warning that high-dose biotin can interfere with lab test results, including some cardiac tests. We would rather give your follicles ingredients that support them directly than a mega-dose that skews your bloodwork.
I’m on a weight-loss program and my hair is shedding. Is this for me?
This is one of the most common reasons people walk through our door. Shedding during rapid weight loss, including on GLP-1 medications, is usually a temporary response to fast metabolic change, not permanent follicle damage.
